Open Exhibition at the

  Florida League of Cities

The Florida League of Cities provides continuous support to the TaWS by offering exhibition space in its building on Kleman Plaza and through its generous contribution to the annual Tri-State Water-media exhibition. By exhibiting your art in the provided space you would be reciprocating the League’s support.

This exhibit is an excellent venue for a member to show and sell work. The League offices have a busy atmosphere with influx of many visitors who come to Tallahassee to do business with the state government. The League does not require a commission on sold items. Many artists take advantage of this very propitious environment; some successfully sell their work.

There is space for approximately 20 paintings in the exhibition space. To keep the exhibition fresh, the artwork is changed out twice a year, in June and in December. The change out date is announced in the TaWs Newsletter. Each painting is labeled with the artist name, title, and price on a TaWS placard.

The Florida League is located on Kleman Plaza in the League Building next door to Harry’s Restaurant. The plaza is located between Duval and Bronough Streets behind City Hall. A public parking is located beneath the plaza.

This exhibition is chaired by Lorraine Clark. She may be reached at 850-878-3278 or clarkm32311@comcast.net
